Recruiting is about networking, connecting and building trust with relevant people and potential candidates. Instead of hiring a lot of sales and recruitment consultants, we decided to focus on building networks of trusted people who already have built a great network, have natural access to passive candidates and participate in the process while opening their own network.
We attend and organize events, meetups and hackathons that are relevant for you. Through this we broaden our network in fields that you benefit from. PS: And yes, we also have and use linkedin, xing, our database, facebook, github and stackoverflow - we just prefer going the personal route.
In average, we spend over 1 hour with each candidate to get to know her/him from a personal and technical perspective (we are techies ourselves). Coffee, mate, beer or lunch - having a personal impression and connection is highly important for us.
Only if we think the candidate has the right background, skills set, motivation and personality to fit your company and has expressed her/his interest, we will make the intro to you. We will assist during the process and stay in touch with both sides long after the hiring process has ended.
