We go where the candidates are: we organize & attend events, hackathons, meetups, scrape Github, use Linkedin, Slack, our database, stackoverflow - whatever works to get to the right candidates for you.
Recruiting is about networking, connecting, and building trust with relevant people and potential candidates. Instead of hiring a lot of sales and recruitment consultants, we decided to focus on building networks of trusted people who already have built a great network, have natural access to passive candidates, and participate in the process while opening their own network.
On average, we spend over 1 hour with each candidate to get to know her/him from a personal and professional perspective and thus build a strong relationship.
Only if we think the candidate has the right background, skills set, motivation, and personality to fit your company and has expressed her/his interest, we will make the intro to you. We will assist during the process and stay in touch with both sides long after the hiring process has ended.
